Agreement to these Terms

By downloading or using Monk Mode, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Monk Mode is

Monk Mode is a personal productivity and habit-tracking tool. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Make decisions about your health with a qualified professional.

Your license to use the app

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules, Fizz Software S.A.C. grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Monk Mode on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code except where applicable law does not permit a restriction.

Your data and your devices

Monk Mode does not require a user account. Your habits, check-ins, profile, and settings are stored on your device and may be backed up through Apple iCloud when available. You are responsible for your device, Apple ID, backups, and the information you choose to enter. You can delete your app data at any time from Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete all my data.

Acceptable use

You may use Monk Mode only lawfully and for personal purposes. Do not use the app to violate rights, interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, or misuse Apple services or the app’s content.

Apple services and third parties

The app may rely on Apple services, including the App Store, iCloud, notifications, and the system photo picker. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple’s terms and policies. Fizz Software S.A.C. does not control Apple services or their availability.

Availability and updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the app will be error-free. Keep your own records if they are important to you.

Intellectual property

Monk Mode, its name, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Fizz Software S.A.C. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Monk Mode is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Fizz Software S.A.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Qué es Monk Mode

Monk Mode es una herramienta personal de productividad y seguimiento de hábitos. No brinda asesoramiento médico, de salud mental, legal, financiero ni de emergencia; tampoco busca diagnosticar, tratar, curar o prevenir una condición. Toma decisiones sobre tu salud con un profesional calificado.

Licencia para usar la app

Sujeto a estos Términos y a las reglas de uso aplicables de Apple, Fizz Software S.A.C. te concede una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para usar Monk Mode en dispositivos Apple que poseas o controles. No puedes copiar, modificar, alquilar, vender, distribuir, realizar ingeniería inversa ni intentar extraer el código fuente, excepto cuando la ley aplicable no permita esa restricción.

Tus datos y tus dispositivos

Monk Mode no requiere una cuenta de usuario. Tus hábitos, registros, perfil y preferencias se almacenan en tu dispositivo y pueden respaldarse mediante Apple iCloud cuando esté disponible. Eres responsable de tu dispositivo, Apple ID, copias de seguridad y de la información que decidas ingresar. Puedes eliminar tus datos desde Perfil → Datos y privacidad → Eliminar todos mis datos.

Uso aceptable

Puedes usar Monk Mode solo de manera legal y para fines personales. No uses la app para vulnerar derechos, interferir con su funcionamiento, evadir medidas de seguridad ni utilizar indebidamente los servicios de Apple o el contenido de la app.

Servicios de Apple y terceros

La app puede depender de servicios de Apple, incluidos App Store, iCloud, notificaciones y el selector de fotos del sistema. El uso de esos servicios también se rige por los términos y políticas de Apple. Fizz Software S.A.C. no controla los servicios de Apple ni su disponibilidad.

Disponibilidad y actualizaciones

Podemos actualizar, cambiar, suspender o retirar funciones cuando sea razonablemente necesario, incluso por motivos de seguridad, legales o técnicos. No garantizamos que todas las funciones estén siempre disponibles ni que la app esté libre de errores. Conserva tus propios registros si son importantes para ti.

Propiedad intelectual

Monk Mode, su nombre, diseño, textos, gráficos y software son propiedad de Fizz Software S.A.C. o se usan bajo licencia y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. Estos Términos no te transfieren la propiedad.

Descargos y responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley aplicable, Monk Mode se proporciona “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo. Fizz Software S.A.C. no es responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, ni de la pérdida de datos, ganancias o buena voluntad derivados del uso de la app. Nada de estos Términos limita una responsabilidad que legalmente no pueda limitarse.

Cambios en estos Términos

Podemos revisar estos Términos ocasionalmente. La versión vigente se publicará en esta página con una nueva fecha de vigencia. El uso continuado después de un cambio significa que aceptas los Términos actualizados, en la medida permitida por la ley.
